FOUNDERS OF KN TRAVEL

When we were growing up, going on vacation didn’t exactly involve five-star resorts on pristine Caribbean beaches. For us, many of our family vacations were spent traveling around our home state of Louisiana. You’d typically find us just a few hours from Baton Rouge at a theme park, or on a beach somewhere along the Gulf of Mexico.

Just two years ago, we decided to make a change. For our 15th wedding anniversary, we took a trip to Barbados for seven amazing days. We toured the island, snorkeled over a shallow shipwreck, sailed on a luxury catamaran, and even ventured off property to indulge in the local culture surrounding Carlisle Bay. That trip was life changing for us - it led to a newfound passion for travel, discovery, and adventure.
