Let’s chat! You’ll schedule your complimentary consultation and complete a travel inquiry form prior to our conversation. We’ll meet face to face via video chat (or call, if necessary). Please come prepared to share your vision, interests, and preferences that will make this travel experience ideal.

After our discussion, we’ll both decide if we’d work well together in collaboration, communication, and conversation. If yes, you will receive our fee agreement and invoice. Once your payment and documents are received, the design process begins!

STEP 1

Itinerary design

Your vision comes to life during the design process. We take all your must-have preferences, interests and nice to haves and leverage our trusted preferred relationships to ensure your vacation is crafted with all the special touches it deserves. We’ll present up to 3 recommendations for your review.

Once you decide on your preferred itinerary, any details can be refined as necessary. After you accept the itinerary, we’ll secure it with payment. This isn’t the end of the line – we’ll remain in contact as your adventure approaches.

Happy Travels

The wait is over and it’s time to experience your personally crafted adventure at last! You’re never alone while you’re off exploring. If you need to reach out, we’re here for you. Our service isn’t complete until you return home safe and sound. We look forward to hearing about your explorations and newly made memories.
